WSAF 2025
Warwick Student Arts Festival (WSAF) is a four-day showcase and celebration of all aspects of the arts at Warwick on Fri 13th - Mon 16th June 2025. Find out more about WSAF at wsaf.org.uk and about volunteering as crew at wsaf.org.uk/crew.
Every day will feature a morning-to-evening programme of events including theatre, dance, music, film, literature, comedy and art held across the entirety of campus.
Of course, keeping a four-day event across campus running isn't easy, and so we're looking for you! Whether you'd like to steward a show, man the info booth on the Piazza or help out in the logistics, we'd be incredibly thankful for your help. So thankful in fact, that we'll give you a special WSAF T-Shirt for completing a helper shift. T-Shirts will be Gildan sizing. You can find out more about helping out as crew here.
We'd also recommend that everyone in crew joins the Discord Server, which is the primary communication channel for WSAF. When you join, please let us know your name and that you'd like to help out as crew so we can give the relevant roles!
